- Post acute care unit
- Respiratory care and intervention
- Sanitized wound dressing and redressing
- IV antibiotics to prevent infection
- Scheduled therapy sessions; 3x12 nights, EOW

    - Transitional Care Unit
    - Total # beds: 32
    - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Ortho surgeries (mainly knee/hip) and various-non-acute or critical patients
      - Additional Details
      - Unit follows LTC regulations
      - Step down for patient not ready to D/C home or to nursing home after acute care stay or surgical procedure
      - Patient typical stay 14 days - all patients must have skilled need - various admitting diagnosis
