Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. The LPN/LVN will assist with patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

---Provide basic patient care, including taking vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring patient conditions.

---Administer medications and treatments as directed by the healthcare provider.

---Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other procedures as needed.

---Document patient care and communicate any changes in patient status to the RN or physician.

---Support the healthcare team in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Qualifications:

---Current LPN/LVN license in New York.

---Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

---Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

---Ability to work effectively in a team and provide compassionate patient care.
