Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Endoscopic Surgical Technologist (Surgical Tech) to assist in endoscopic procedures. The Surgical Tech will be responsible for preparing the endoscopy suite, managing endoscopic instruments and equipment, and supporting the medical team to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

---Prepare the endoscopy suite with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies.

---Assist the physician during endoscopic procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.

---Ensure all endoscopic instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and functioning correctly before and after procedures.

---Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the endoscopic procedures.

---Maintain accurate documentation of endoscopic procedures and instrument usage.

---Assist with patient positioning and draping as needed.

---Collaborate with the endoscopy team to ensure efficient and safe patient care.

Qualifications:

---Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.

---Experience in endoscopy or a related field preferred.

---Strong knowledge of endoscopic procedures and equipment.

---Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

---Strong communication and teamwork skills.
