We are currently looking or an Information Technology  Talent Sourcer / Junior Recruiter.  Please note this is an entry level position.

What will you do as a Talent Sourcer?
 
The Talent Sourcer is responsible for making connections and developing relationships with IT professionals who may be a good fit for assignment with Modis' clients.
 
Create a high quality internal database with relevant pre-screened IT candidates
 
Update existing candidate profiles with more current information
 
Build a pipeline of candidates for skill sets that are needed repeatedly for client assignments within the branch
 
Identify potential candidates that can be proactively marketed to open job requisitions
 
Obtain and document sales leads from candidates who are contacted (a qualified lead is defined as a person who hires or manages IT personnel)
 
What will prepare you for success as a Talent Sourcer?
 
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management.
 
Candidates must possess exceptional communication and phone skills, a great personality, strong organization skills and a strong desire to succeed.
 
Should have a high level understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
