A company is looking for a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with borrowers to evaluate loan options and needs
Manage a pipeline of both purchase and refinance loans
Provide exceptional customer service and establish ongoing relationships

Required Qualifications:

Recent mortgage loan origination experience (2+ years preferred)
Active NMLS number and compliance with all licensing requirements
Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
Strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated and driven with a positive attitude
