Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Compliance Analyst to support
compliance for money transmitter and credit card products.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and evaluate adherence to regulatory and internal
compliance requirements
Develop monitoring processes and controls, and conduct regular
assessments
Analyze data to identify potential compliance issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
At least 4 years of experience in payment regulations, money
transmission, and consumer lending
Familiarity with Truth in Lending Act / Reg Z, Reg DD, and other
consumer finance regulations
Self-starter with proven time management skills
