Marketing Director

Marketing Director: Plans and directs marketing of organization?s products and services by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years progressive experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Result Areas: Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Key Result Areas: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and programs (both short and long range) to support sales and revenue objectives of the Company.

Key Result Areas: Researches, analyzes and monitors financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.

Key Result Areas: Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.

Key Result Areas: Determines agencies and suppliers of record, and negotiates contract terms and conditions for major services.

Key Result Areas: Oversees development and production of promotional and collateral materials.

Key Result Areas: Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

Key Result Areas: Develops and manages marketing budget.

Key Result Areas: Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.

Key Result Areas: Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
